- transmit any material that is offensive, threatening, hate-promoting, discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, profane or that encourages illegal behavior, is defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise unlawful, is false, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, or that claims endorsement in any way by Share Local Media of any products or services.
